Phase 1: Strip It Back (Weeks 1–3)
This is where we get honest.
- Unpack how you got here, the roles, decisions and patterns that shaped you
- Identify what’s actually blocking you (beliefs, behaviours, blind spots)
- Call out emotional triggers and default reactions that keep you small or stuck
- Set clear intentions for who you’re ready to be seen as now
