1:1 Leadership Coaching

Why it exists

For leaders who are visible on paper, trusted by everyone else but quietly sidelined in rooms that matter.

You’re carrying responsibility, making decisions, holding others together… and still feeling overlooked, underused or out of alignment with what you’re capable of.

This exists to stop that.

Who it’s for

Leaders, execs and founders who know they’ve outgrown survival mode and are ready to be seen, heard and taken seriously without shouting, posturing or playing games.

If you’re done waiting to be noticed and ready to own your presence, this is for you.

What it is

A deep, intensive 1:1 coaching experience focused on visibility, confidence and leadership presence.

This isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about stripping away what’s muting you.

Together, we surface what’s really holding you back, reframe the narratives you’ve been carrying and build the clarity and confidence needed to show up fully in the room, in the role and in your life.

How it works

How it works

A 12-week transformational 1:1 programme, with the option to continue monthly once the foundations are set.

The work combines:

  • deep reflective coaching
  • straight-talk challenge
  • practical action and decision-making
  • outcome-led goals that actually move the needle

Each phase includes pre-session discovery and post-session follow-up because insight without action is just noise.

Why it’s different

This isn’t “performance coaching”.
And it’s definitely not therapy.

This is about presence.

You don’t leave with theory you leave with:

  • sharper self-awareness
  • clear decisions
  • grounded confidence
  • and the ability to walk into rooms differently and be felt

Not louder.
Clearer.

What it costs

Let’s be straight.

Now You Fucking See Me is a 12-week intensive 1:1 coaching programme.
The investment is £2,495 + VAT (monthly payment options available)

You’re not paying for time.
You’re investing in clarity, confidence and leadership presence that will serve you long after the 12 weeks end.

This isn’t a quick fix, a course, or a surface-level chat.
If you’re looking to stay comfortable, this isn’t it.

But if you’re ready to stop hiding in plain sight and actually step into who you are this work will meet you there and take you further.

Phase 1: Strip It Back (Weeks 1–3)

This is where we get honest.

  • Unpack how you got here, the roles, decisions and patterns that shaped you
  • Identify what’s actually blocking you (beliefs, behaviours, blind spots)
  • Call out emotional triggers and default reactions that keep you small or stuck
  • Set clear intentions for who you’re ready to be seen as now

No fixing.
No reframing yet.
Just truth.

Phase 2: Disrupt the Noise (Weeks 4–7)

This is where things shift.

  • Explore the formative experiences influencing how you show up in leadership
  • Name the fears running the show (being found out, getting it wrong, not being enough)
  • Challenge self-protection habits masquerading as humility, professionalism or “just being realistic”
  • Build tools for confidence, emotional regulation and boundary-setting in real time

This phase is uncomfortable on purpose.
Because clarity comes after disruption.

Phase 3: Find Your Footing (Weeks 8–10)

This is where confidence settles.

  • Strengthen your inner voice and leadership presence
  • Develop clear thinking frameworks for pressure moments and difficult conversations
  • Reset how you lead with intention, not overdrive
  • Practise responding instead of reacting

This is where calm confidence replaces constant vigilance.

Phase 4: Step Forward (Weeks 11–12)

This is where it lands in the real world.

  • Review the shifts, decisions and changes you’ve made
  • Lock in a clear, grounded action plan (personal and professional)
  • Identify support structures and daily reset practices that actually work
  • Final check-in on boundaries, accountability and presence

You don’t leave with hype.
You leave with direction.

What changes because of this work

By the end of the programme, you can expect:

  • A strong sense of self beyond your job title
  • Confidence that’s calm, grounded and unmistakable not performative
  • The ability to regulate emotions under pressure
  • Clearer boundaries and stronger presence in leadership rooms
  • A realistic next-step plan without panic or impulsive moves
  • The ability to lead from clarity instead of chaos

And most importantly:
You stop hiding in plain sight.

  • I’ve worked with a lot of leaders in my time, but Kerry Stands out. She has this rare knack for bringing people together and creating instant connection. She gets you past the surface-level stuff and into real, honest conversation.

She doesn’t do fluff or corporate nonsense. She just gets people. She knows how to shift thinking, spark ideas and make you see things differently.

Once you’ve worked with Kerry, you’ll realise how powerful genuine human connection can be and you’ll never want to go back to business as usual

  • I’ve been in a lot of rooms with talented leaders, but being in a room with Kerry is different. She brings people together in a way that feels easy and natural – where openness comes quickly and people start talking about what really matters. She creates the kind of environment where thinking deepens and conversations go far beyond the surface. If you want a room that shifts thinking and brings people together around what matters, Kerry is the person you want there.”
