Who the fuck does she think she is?
Someone who’s spent over 20 years inside leadership rooms watching capable, intelligent people slowly mute themselves.
Someone who’s led large-scale global teams, built operations from the ground up, sat at board tables shaping strategy and culture and seen first-hand what happens when leadership prioritises optics over honesty.
I watered myself down for years in corporate.
And every now and then, when the real me slipped out (usually in board meetings where people were nodding along to absolute bollocks!) it ruffled feathers.
I was the one who said the thing.
The one who named what everyone else whispered about in corridors and moaned about in Teams chats afterwards.
That’s never been me.
And eventually, I realised it couldn’t be.
Business Outloud was born when I finally stopped playing safe and decided to take my voice, my knowledge, my courage and my confidence out into the world of leadership.
Not as theory.
Not as inspiration.
But in action.
I’m a get-shit-done Wife and Mum of two who’s fiercely passionate about people, behaviour and refusing to play small. I don’t believe leadership confidence is built through buzzwords, online masterclasses or mood boards that never turn into movement.
Manifesting without action is just daydreaming.
Journalling without follow-through is just words on a page (and hand cramp!)
And leadership without honesty is just performance.
I hate networking.
But I love rooms.
Real rooms.
High-energy, human spaces where people drop the mask, say the thing and leave changed. Not with a notebook full of quotes or pockets full of shitty business cards but with clarity, courage and momentum they can use.
I believe leadership works best when it’s human, confident and Outloud.
When culture lives in behaviour, not buzzwords.
And when people stop waiting for permission and start backing themselves properly.
That’s what I build.
That’s how I lead.
And that’s exactly what I’ll ask of you too.
What we stand for, Outloud

1 Human Connection
Energy comes from who you surround yourself with. We believe in the power of real, face-to-face connection, the kind that can’t be replicated through screens, emojis or awkward online silences. Our rooms are built for people who know that when you’re in the right space, with the right humans, everything elevates.

2 Honesty & Real Talk
Courageous leadership starts with saying the truth Outloud. The moment you put words to what you really think and feel, everything shifts — clarity sharpens, confidence grows, and the next step becomes obvious. We don’t whisper here. We speak it Outloud.

3 Courageous Leadership
Leadership isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room – it’s about being brave enough to tell the truth. To own your story. To name the hard stuff. We believe courage is contagious and when one person speaks honestly and moves bolder, it gives everyone else permission to rise with them.

4 Community Over Ego
Our rooms are non-compete, non-judgement and ego-free. We believe in the power of collaboration and the magic that happens when fouders support founders, leaders back leaders and stories intertwine. Everyone’s story holds a spark and when it weaves into yours, it can create a moment of greatness.
